FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for transfers, fees, wallets, and troubleshooting.
1. How long does a transfer usually take?
Most transfers complete in 30-60 seconds. Timing depends on source chain confirmation and route conditions.
2. Which wallets are supported?
Point Shift supports MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, and major EVM wallet extensions.
3. What are the transfer fees?
Bridge fees typically range from 0.1% to 0.3% depending on route and liquidity conditions at execution time.
4. Is there a minimum transfer amount?
Yes. Some routes start from approximately $10 USD equivalent. The exact minimum is shown before confirmation.
5. Why did my quote change before confirmation?
Quotes have a short TTL and refresh in live markets. This prevents outdated pricing and reduces failed execution.
6. Can I cancel a transfer after signing?
After source-chain submission, cancellation is usually not possible. You can still track real-time status in the interface.
7. What if my transfer appears stuck?
Check network status first, then contact support with your wallet address and transaction hash for manual review.
8. How is security handled?
We use audited contracts, runtime route monitoring, and emergency controls for route-specific incident mitigation.
9. Where can I follow status updates?
Operational updates are published via official channels, and key lifecycle states are shown in transfer tracking.
10. Do you provide an API for integrations?
Yes. Developers can use our docs, API reference, and SDK guides to embed transfer flows in applications.
