Introduction
By using Point Shift, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. These
terms apply to all visitors, users, and entities accessing any Point Shift service or public interface.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the service. We may update these Terms
from time to time, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to Point Shift is conditioned on compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws in your
jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that use of bridge services is legal where you are located.
Point Shift may suspend or deny access when required for compliance, abuse prevention, platform integrity,
or risk controls related to network or liquidity conditions.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
You must be of legal age and have authority to transact with any connected wallet. You are solely
responsible for private keys, wallet approvals, transaction signing, and destination address accuracy.
Point Shift does not recover lost keys, reverse confirmed blockchain transactions, or restore funds sent to
incorrect addresses or unsupported routes.
3. Service Scope and Execution
Point Shift provides transfer routing and execution infrastructure across supported chains. We do not act as
a custodian, broker, exchange, or investment advisor.
Quotes, time estimates, and route selections depend on network state and available liquidity. Actual
outcomes may vary due to congestion, volatility, or third-party protocol behavior.
4. Fees, Pricing, and Slippage
You are responsible for all applicable fees, including bridge fees, gas fees, and third-party protocol
costs. Before signing, you should verify output amount, minimum received amount, and route details.
Point Shift targets transparent pricing, but market movement or chain-level events can impact execution and
final received amounts.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Point Shift for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, exploit attempts,
abusive automation, or any action that interferes with service integrity.
We reserve the right to apply monitoring, throttling, or access restrictions when harmful behavior is
detected or reasonably suspected.
6. Third-Party Dependencies
Point Shift integrates with external blockchains, RPC providers, liquidity venues, and wallet software.
These systems are not controlled by Point Shift and may experience failures or interruptions.
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party downtime, smart contract vulnerabilities outside our
control, chain reorganizations, or validator-level incidents.
7. Intellectual Property
All Point Shift branding, product materials, documentation structure, and interface content are protected by
applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute proprietary materials without prior written permission, except
where open-source licenses explicitly allow it.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Point
Shift disclaims warranties regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, or guaranteed execution outcomes.
Point Shift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits,
data, or digital assets resulting from user error, third-party failures, or market events.
9. Changes and Contact
We may revise these Terms to reflect product updates, legal requirements, or security controls. The updated
version is effective from its publication date on this page.
For legal or compliance questions, contact Point Shift through the Support page and include relevant context
